After waiting for several weeks to secure an appointment, I dropped off my car on November 23, 2024, at 8:00 AM due to a warning light issue and problems with loose acceleration. The service advisor informed me that the diagnosis would take 3 to 4 days, which seemed like a long time, but I agreed to it.
However, after waiting 3 days without any updates, I called the dealership and spoke with both my advisor and Victor, the manager. Was happy with the terms of the lease agreement Ed Voyles offered. Overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
They will take advantage of you and lie to you every chance they get. They are condescending, manipulative, and hostile when caught in their lies.
Hyundai is aware their engines consume oil above their own specifications. There is a design flaw that they are aware of, but don't care enough about to fix. They will give you suggestions on how to run the car without oil to throw a rod in an attempt to get the engine covered by the 3rd party Warranty Solutions company the Ed Voyles sales people are incentivized to sell. I've been an Ed Voyles Hyundai customer for 16 years; Nick my Advisor was as professional and attentive as was the mechanic Lakota in explaining the service rendered. The labor is extremely costly, although the work is guaranteed.
I feel the service received was timely and the cost of the repair was cost effective for our family to get the repair done..

My experience at this dealership was amazing. I was treated very well inspite of my difficult problem.
The service tech was very good and helpful but the wait time was too long - my appt took over 3 hours for basic oil change and tire rotation.

The service is always excellent the lady that was my advisor promised to have my car back, so I could pick up my kid by a certain time and she delivered. I would recommend this service. I can't remember ladies name but I know she just had a baby recently.
I'm satisfied with the work on my vehicle at Ed Voyles Hyundai Service Center. The staff were friendly, however, the repair to my vehicle took 2 months. I must say the long wait was worth it, my car runs beautifully and I am satisfied with the outcome.

My daughter purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Ed Voyles Hyundai. This was her first car and everyone at the dealership made the process seamless. Her salesman Dominique was very patient and kind. He made sure to show her the features of her new car and to make sure she was comfortable with everything before we left the dealership.
Was pleased that they seemed ready to get to work on the car, the last time they were clearly not ready at all to do even a simple oil change. Was out in less than three hours for a break job and having a sensor replaced. Pricing was about what you expect from a dealership......no black Friday deals here. A little confused why the recall on my car has not been addressed yet.
Disappointed that needed part was not available in the US, but Victor made sure it arrived from Canada ASAP. Well done!

The service was a little slower than expected but I was kept informed. I received the results of my multi point inspection via text and was happy to have pricing included with services needed. Unfortunately the labor costs exceeded the parts and weren’t in the message so I was glad the service advisor notified me in person.

I had a good experience. It took a while to get appointment and was not told it could take 2-3 days for diagnostic until I dropped car off. Shay was wonderful and very helpful, making sure I understood the navigation system when I picked up the car. ( I had never had a navigation in a car just on my phone)

We visited to buy a used Lexus GX. Salesman (Zion) was reasonably knowledgeable but was playing games on his phone during the test drive and while discussing the deal at his desk. Typical car dealer games with expensive "protection package" that can't be removed, that will mark up the deal by $2000 so we walked out after 10 minutes of discussion.

They will decline sale of the car if you don't want to buy protection plan and other crap that adds up to over $2300, they said it is not optional. Somehow at kennesaw location it was totally optional and you can buy car at sticker price. Glad I didn't buy from this guys. What a BS!
My spouse brought her car to the dealership and according to the service agreement the car should have received a wash and that did not happen. Long story short the service here is unacceptable and the techs need more training. After they installed the breaks the brakes began to rattle when stopping, the pedal reaction time was delayed, or the brakes would not engage. The tech also put the wrong size tires on the car. Thank you to Ed Voyles Hyundai for making this a very smooth car-buying process for my husband and me. We worked with both Bryan and Gabi - I spoke with Bryan on the phone and over email about the car I was interested in during the week. Then, Gabi took over when we came in on Saturday. We purchased a used vehicle and were able to get the entire transaction completed in about 2 hours. Gabi and Bryan were great to work with. Then we also really enjoyed our time with Bob (I think his name was Bob) in finance.

Not helpful in times of need during warranty claim. The dealership and manufacturer has successful approved the steps to determine that it is a warranty claim on the engine, and has not provided me a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer provides reimbursement for a car rental upon repair of the vehicle, however, they had my vehicle for now for 10 weeks. Who rents a vehicle for ten (10) weeks? Not me, and then I have the uncertainty of a full reimbursement upon the completion of my warrantied vehicle repair.
This dealership restored my faith that quality people really do exist!

Ed Voyles Hyundai is the best! My daughter’s 2013 Elantra needed the 30,000 mile service, plus front brakes. I called to set up the appointment with Cathy S, and then proceeded to change that appointment many times over a two-week span, due to my daughter’s work schedule. Cathy was unfailing kind to me when, yet again, I had to call and change! The service department performed the needed repairs, plus they called and informed me of the need for front brakes. In by 9, out by 3. Just perfect! Thank you for another positive Ed Voyles experience.

The day started out great until I went to finance the car. Josh (I believe his name is) was incredibly rude, distasteful, and condescending. Salesman even told me it's not the first time he drove customers out. For someone buying a brand new car this is unacceptable. I spoke with the manager and VERY little was done about the situation. Not please and I won't be going to them for maintenance.
Service is always excellent. Cathy is a great service advisory. Always follows up. She is personable, experienced and trustworthy. Five years working with this dealership and I’ve always been pleased.
