I've been an Ed Voyles Hyundai customer for 16 years; Nick my Advisor was as professional and attentive as was the mechanic Lakota in explaining the service rendered. The labor is extremely costly, although the work is guaranteed.

I'm satisfied with the work on my vehicle at Ed Voyles Hyundai Service Center. The staff were friendly, however, the repair to my vehicle took 2 months. I must say the long wait was worth it, my car runs beautifully and I am satisfied with the outcome.

My daughter purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Ed Voyles Hyundai. This was her first car and everyone at the dealership made the process seamless. Her salesman Dominique was very patient and kind. He made sure to show her the features of her new car and to make sure she was comfortable with everything before we left the dealership.
Was pleased that they seemed ready to get to work on the car, the last time they were clearly not ready at all to do even a simple oil change. Was out in less than three hours for a break job and having a sensor replaced. Pricing was about what you expect from a dealership......no black Friday deals here. A little confused why the recall on my car has not been addressed yet.
Disappointed that needed part was not available in the US, but Victor made sure it arrived from Canada ASAP. Well done!

The service was a little slower than expected but I was kept informed. I received the results of my multi point inspection via text and was happy to have pricing included with services needed. Unfortunately the labor costs exceeded the parts and weren’t in the message so I was glad the service advisor notified me in person.

I had a good experience. It took a while to get appointment and was not told it could take 2-3 days for diagnostic until I dropped car off. Shay was wonderful and very helpful, making sure I understood the navigation system when I picked up the car. ( I had never had a navigation in a car just on my phone)

This dealership restored my faith that quality people really do exist! Great experience today at Ed Voyles Hyundai of Smyrna I experienced a horrific used car misfortune. I DID NOT originally purchase this car from Ed Voyles but I brought it to their service department for diagnosis after taking it to 3 other shops who were unable to diagnose its problem. It was an intermittent problem that seemed impossible to diagnose and ultimately it was determined that it would cost more than the car was worth to fix it. Ed Voyles Hyundai is the best! My daughter’s 2013 Elantra needed the 30,000 mile service, plus front brakes. I called to set up the appointment with Cathy S, and then proceeded to change that appointment many times over a two-week span, due to my daughter’s work schedule. Cathy was unfailing kind to me when, yet again, I had to call and change! The service department performed the needed repairs, plus they called and informed me of the need for front brakes. In by 9, out by 3. Just perfect! Thank you for another positive Ed Voyles experience.
